My dad hired this woman to fight a ticket for him and when he asked her about his court date she told him that she did he didn’t have to appear but my father doesn’t understand English very well so he asked nicely does he have to go and thank you. She then rudely responded I just said you didn’t. As a lawyer you need to learn how to speak to your clients and learn how to communicate with them. Why didn’t you tell your client, my father, that he didn’t have to appear before he had to ask you himself. After my father‘s court date he received no more information on what went on so I texted her what was the verdict and what were the details she responded with a picture of my father‘s next appearance date and told us to contact her at her email from now on and that our rudeness is astounding. I have no idea what rudeness she’s talking about seeing as how nobody said anything disrespectful to her. I then called her from my number and she didn’t know it was me there was no greeting all she said was can I call you back in a Loud rude tone and I told her it washer clients daughter she then hung up on me. I continue to call her from a blocked number because I wanted to get into contact with her. She then picked up and yelled that if I ever call her again she’s going to file a police report and have me arrested. It’s funny how the only one who deserves to be arrested it’s her. She’s a scam artist she’s unprofessional she’s rude and disgusting and not understanding at all. I suggest nobody hired hire this lady because clearly it’s not only me but multiple other people who have complained about her behavior. I will be taking my experience and evidence combined with all these Google reviews and I will be filing an official complaint with the New York State bar!!!

I need to drive to finish college so i did not care much about the money but to maintain the license. Her license should be taken away as I also notified the BAR council back in 2012. I am surprised she is still scamming people. She should be investigated on her operation of work. She is rude and nasty to he clients when she loses to any case. I am glad Yelp now exists so now I can tell world about her SCAM personality. This is the last email from Jan 23 2012, she never responded back. I paid $750 for 3 traffic tickets and told her that i will be out of NYC for a while so to take care of that for me. I just got two mails from DMV saying that i didn't show up for any of my hearing and my license is suspended. I was surprised when she told me "I DIDN'T SHOW UP BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR THE SERVICE"

Had this lawyer name Marcia Murphy Biondo took $250 dollars on February 12, 2016 for a cell phone ticket this woman took my money and did not do the case. She lied and said she had death in her family I don't believe her. If any one is in need of a lawyer don't pick her she take your money and won't do nothing on your case she works in Harlem DMV on 125th.st.
