Our experience with Margaret as our Real Estate Attorney was fantastic from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I was extremely anxious and felt overwhelmed going into the process at first. Margaret was awesome and helped tremendously to ease a lot of my worries. She always answered our calls, was always available any time we needed her, and she was always able to answer our questions quickly and clearly. She speaks with you like a good friend, which is very comforting, but has all of the knowledge and legal expertise you could ever ask for. I believe she also focuses exclusively on Real Estate law, which I personally felt was a big plus. Margaret was vital in helping us work out negotiations with the seller to ultimately get us to a place where we were very happy. She also always provided us with very clear next-steps and recommendations at every crucial point throughout the process She was great to work with, and I'd definitely recommend her to anybody as a go-to Real Estate Attorney. If we purchase another house, we'll be giving her a call again!
