Worst attorney EVER!!! If you call him or email him, he’ll send you a bill! If he meets you at court, he’ll charge you at 350 travel fee each way! He jacks up the cost at the end and then he’ll put a lien against your home! He’s crooked as they come!! He will drag your case out for years so he can collect all the money! Run away! He charges 3 times what other attorneys charge!

From the moment I met Mr. Bednar. I knew I made the right choice! He was easy to talk to and his assistant Donna was very detail oriented. He helped me fight for my rights against my ex-husband who has been bullying me for years. I felt confident with Mr. Bednar in my corner. He got me almost 3 times the amount of what I would’ve gotten without his help. It was quick it was painless it was professional And it was effective... I am so grateful for his law office and the professional manner in which I was treated....He works days nights and weekends very dedicated to his clients. I could never thank you enough. If you need someone please do yourself a favor call this guy. I got my situation handled literally within two weeks of acquiring his services. I am forever grateful

Have dealt with this law office for many years. As a Real Estate Professional I have lost track on how many closings this attorney and his staffed have helped me and my clients with. The level of detail is incredible and it helps (IMO) that his undergraduate degree is in Real Estate. The staff is fantastic and always ahead of the curve. If I had to accuse them of anything it would be over-communication. I highly recommend this law office.
