Their professionalism is literally not there they are rude AF, don't answer back when you leave messages and I been calling for weeks about my account, and they act like they can garnish as much as they want even knowing I don't make much to support my family they really sat on the phone telling me I had to pay over 100 when I only make a 200 dollar check, work part time and am trying to support my 3 kids they act like I owe them money how much they push.

Worst place ever, they are not professional and they always look to garnish people’s wages, they act like you borrowed from them , also can’t never do payment arrangement. On top of that they don’t even answer the phones.

I think everyone in these negative comments including my self need to pursue this company legally because I signed their court papers stating i would be paying 4.25% interest well they have been charging 78% interest every month and only a small portion goes towards my actual debt. To me and from what I have been reading is picture perfect usery which I was reading isn’t legal.

Pretty sure they don't actually follow legal law. Now, I have to pay to retrieve court records, to which answers were never received to paperwork filed to the court, nor, did they re'serve paperwork to the actually person,, nor do they follow the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act rules for deployed military members, and now wages are being garnished. No notices, no letters, no nothing. Is there a way to launch an Ethics investigation? Maybe a class action suit? Any good, ethical lawyers want to take on our cases??? Ha

i get a voicemail from them almost every day telling me to contact them including a reference number & i have been getting these since i was 17 (i’m almost 19). i literally have never rented anything, don’t have any debt, & have quite literally NO REASON to be contacted by any law firm. they don’t even know my name. i’m almost 100% sure this is a scam.
