Very impressed with Mark Kozak as our Realtor. He was very accommodating in booking showings and providing comparable market options. Mark is one of the busiest realtors in Lethbridge. He works hard for his clients and knows real estate inside and out. He sold my half-duplex exclusively (not using MLS or other realtors) within 6 weeks. I was really pleased with how smoothly everything went.

No overly impressed what so ever. We showed up 10 mins before. After 40 mins I had to reach out to him. He "said" he waited for us to show up and didn't contact us saying he was there. Even though WE WERE THERE. So needless to say he forgot about the showing. Not only did we show up but we drove 30 mins out to the showing for him not forget. Would not recommend him.
