Can't give a 0 star, but beware, this place places debts onto people they don't belong to. They clearly don't know how to do research and find the correct person they are looking for. Totally unprofessional

they never answered the phone and you only have 1 week to pay your whole bill even though your court date is over a month out. they are absolutely horrible!!

Not only did they not correct their deception and lies, they actually took more money and are still refusing to refund. This has been a nightmare. I filed another complaint with the colorado bar association. If this trash tries to get you to settle or share information, do not they will only steal more.

How does one contact you... ridiculous that you demand money from me but can't even be bothered to call me back to answer simple questions

It's a debt collection law firm, so I wasn't expecting to be treated like a queen or anything. No issues, timely with initial communications, no further contact was needed. It's simple, I paid on time and they updated my credit report to reflect what was current. No issues but I am extremely glad it's over now. Pay on time and you won't have any issues either.
