Honestly one of the best decisions was to hire Mark to represent me, basically I had a BAC of .21 and had atleast 2 other violations that were really serious. Mark was able to pull some magic and get me to pay fines, and attend classes. I could have spent time in Jail and/or the ignition lock input. He worked with me on payment as I was already hurting Financially. He represented a friend of mine which also had two DUIs previously and kept that person out of harsh trouble. I initially picked Mark because he was close to my office but I ended up being very fortunate. Mark walked me through the DUI process and really pulled out some Perry Mason magic. I had a very high BAC and was looking at a minimum 9 month program, but he was able to negotiate my BAC down and got me 3 months! I feel Mark really fought for me and I can't recommend him enough.
