Y’all, it’s so important to do due diligence regarding attorneys despite good ratings on legal sites as attorneys can easily get bad ratings taken down…… I do not recommend for EEO. Based on having other attorneys & questions he asked Agency, its clear he had less EEO experience. You want an attorney that will look into pretext aspects of discrimination. In any rate, he dropped my case based on a personal emergency he had. I paid him $4,000 retainer and I haven’t received a statement or any record of services that he rendered despite follow up requests. I wish this attorney well but it comes across shady.
