He will fight for the best interest of the child and is on good standing with other professionals deciding your case. After 7 years of a expensive and fruitless custody case with incompetant counsel that wasted time and $, I switched to Richard Neal and ended up with full custody--which was by all means the best interest. He's a straight shooter and a good lawyer for family law cases.

Richard Neil is A JOKE! my entire case was conflict of interest and he STILL asked for my boys to be removed! The lady that spoke on my mental health was also the lady that assessed me as a 12 year old child that lost her mother! The judge that removed them in the first place was the same judge that put me on house arrest! And the same caseworker that removed my children in the first place “get this” IS BESTIES WITH THE FOSTER LADY! He didn’t have my boys best interest in heart AT ALL! He made the entire case about me and my boys father and the fact I cut my ankle monitor off as a 12 year old girl who was being abused in the home fccs placed her in! That’s all he had to say on WHY I shouldn’t get my kids back. My sons father passed a couple months after that and Neil said to the foster mom “well I see why he didn’t take his random drops” NICE NEIL! How sweet of you! Thanks for ripping my boys from a loving parent and placing them with a couple that’s getting divorced RIGHT AFTER ADOPTION!
