My first closing at this location as hoping for ease for a cash buyer. I did have to walk to a parking spot about a 1/2 block away on another street but my buyer secured a spot on the street. The staff were pleasant even though there was a miscommunication to the buyer that did get straightened out once it was explained to him. The closing attorney did a good job explaining information to my disabled veteran buyer and that was much appreciated.

I purchased a piece of land with the intent of building a new retirement home. The closing on the lot went smoothly. After entering into a contract with a General Contractor, the appraisal for the new house came back substantially less than the agreed upon price. I called Brian A. Martin, LLC , and explained my problem to the receptionist. She immediately set me up with a consultation with Mr. Martin. Brian provided me with the information I needed to renegotiate the price of the house with my contractor. When I asked Mr. Martin how much I needed to pay him for the legal consultation, he chuckled and told me, "Nothing,... just come back after you sign a new contract and we will be happy to close your loan on the new house". With Brian's advice, the renegotiation process was a success! Needless to say, my wife and I used his law firm to close our mortgage on our new home, and the price he charged was very reasonable.
