Martin Sir & Associates

Mr Martin Sir appears to have a good reputation so I hired him to represent me during my divorce. I am a physician, and as a fellow professional I have to be completely honest and say that Mr Sir did NOT represent me well; he was lazy and unfamiliar with my case. He did nothing to help me despite the fact that the opposing side lied about several things in our trial. Unfortunately he was just uninformed about my case, in fact the first time I actually met him was in court. I only dealt with his legal assistant (John) in the office. I felt John was knowledgeable and helpful, but when it really counted Mr. Sir completely dropped the ball. Just the truth and it needs to be stated. I was deeply disappointed and strongly suggest considering another attorney.

Martin has been our attorney for 8 years after going through 4 attorneys prior to Martin we can fully appreciate the difference between an attorney who cares and one who does not.nnAnyone who complains about Martin... I can't help but think they failed to communicate to Martins office. In law you have to be totally involved, you can't expect the attorney to win with a clairvoyant hail mary, you have to be involved in the case yourself.nnMartin was able to stop a lot of back wood legal wronging that was happening to us.nnMartin is costly but for good reason, he employs a full staff who also cares like John Agee, he is like a personal attorney who caters to you as the customer. If you pay the wrong attorney you will end up paying more in the end, so their up front fee's may be daunting but they are honest..nWe learned that the hard way before seeking the best in Martin.nnI will be sad to not have him as our counsel, he feels like family at this point but I will not miss the system.
