They have a deal with the local hospital which sends them the unpaid bills. Trying to figure out why the hospital didn't get paid from nj medicaid has been an issue by itself cause they have no clue and their only job is to extract money. They are no help whatsoever and only tell you they are looking to collect money.

These people are awful!! The doctors office (I used to like) sent a bill I was disputing with my insurance company to collections with this 'law firm'. I called the law firm to get their email and they do not have one. A law firm that refuses to communicate by Email? EMAIL!! I am pretty sure that this new fangled invention has been in existence for a few years and is a basic requirement for any business. My guess is they do not want a paper trail of their underhanded practices and attempts to bully people into paying their ridiculous fees.

I called them and the only form of payment they accept is paper checks. I haven't had paper checks since 1998.
