I’ve been calling for two days & no answer. It’s alway really hard to get in contact with the front desk. I find making payments over the phone easier when they DO answer. The front desk also advised my husband and I that calling in would be better and fast than using the online payment option. She also said it could take a while to process and the last thing I need is a late fee.

This firm deserves 0 stars. They put out a lien on my license in which it is suspended and has been for over a year now because of them. They have been harassing me about an accident that I wasn’t even the driver nor was in the car in which Geico accidentally duplicated a claim for an accident again that I was not apart of. I am being penalized for something that Geico did wrong. This deters me from being able to drive and do things that I need to do. Something has to be done about this company.

Mary a Miller and associates is an outstanding legal group Miss Miller is an awesome very awesome woman she is very kind she's very loving to people I would recommend her anytime Miss Miller has helped me in more ways that I can even remotely thank her for Miss Mary a Miller and her team is very polite very nice very understanding very professional and they have the utmost patience for their customers my hat is off to them thank you Ms Mary a Miller and associates.

When you owe, you gotta pay! Thats what im doing and I haven't had any issues. Nice professional people in my opinion.

My husband and I have been trying to contact them and can never get anyone on the phone during business hours. They have him paying for an accident that they never contact the insurance about. He was driver for a commercial company and they have a judgment out against him and not the company nor the owner of the truck. They are scammers and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
