Extremely rude front desk lady who is also dressed in an extremely tight and short dress. I tried to explain to her that someone called me and I've tried to call back with no success so that's why I'm here in person, however, she cut me off and kept saying "No, you're wrong, you aren't a client, no one has called you". So I pulled up my voicemail and played the message for her. She rolled her eyes and said "sit down and I'll just have someone come explain this to you" (meaning I'm not a client). NOT happy at all. Treat people like himan beings

Excellent they saved me from foreclosure on my home knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of what has to be done. Took a very stressful situation for me and helped me get it straightened out
