"Small office in what looks to be a converted house. It's right next to a hospital which can make getting here a little hectic depending on which way you're coming from. Front office staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially Sam! She always has a smile on her face. Dr. Anderson is extremely personable and looks you in the eyes when you speak to him. He makes sure to pay attention to what you're saying, which is great. If you're getting your routine allergy shots, it's a breeze and you're in and out. At a busy time you may wait 10-15 minutes. The nurse who administers the shots (I didn't catch her name) is great. She is quiet, but she comes in contact with so many people throughout the day I don't blame her. She gave my shot in the first arm and all I felt was the cold alcohol swab, I didn't even feel the shot! She does a great job, I was really impressed! There is complimentary water and coffee in the waiting room. The space is clean (a little outdated) but as long as it's clean I don't care about decor. I would recommend this office to anyone suffering from allergies, Dr. Anderson is a pleasure."

"So today was my first visit with Dr. Anderson. My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at roughly 12:35pm. T staff was friendly and was I was taken back to a room around 1:05pm. I was seen by a nurse and medical student and told that Dr. Anderson "was completing a few things outside of the office" and would be back shortly. At 2:20pm, almost an hour and a half after my appointment, and having yet to see the doctor, I left the exam room and asked the front desk how much longer it would be. It was at that time that I was told that Dr. Anderson was still not in the office. It was then that I just decided to leave. To the staff's credit they were very apologetic and refunded my co-payment without hesitation, and while I understand that an emergencies happen (although, this wasn't expressed to me as an emergency, as no one knew where he was), it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I will not be rescheduling with this clinic."

"I've been going to this place for so long I forget to write about it. Dr Anderson is great. I am probably the Allergy Queen in as it's probably easier to tell what I'm not allergic to than to list the others. He took as much time as needed to figure out what was going on and started me on my no monthly shot routine. The staff is great. It doesn't get 5 stars because they aren't always real clear on the billings. I've learned to keep very good records myself."
