The people that answer the phone are very rude and don't care at all. I called to get information about why I was being garnished and she gave me an attitude. I been garnish for not going to court because I never received the letter to go to court. The sent the letter to the wrong address. The things I am being sued for has nothing to do with me so I will be going to the BBB to report Midland Funding LLC. All they do is buy people debts when they know everybody is already struggling to pay they rent and buy food when you have a family.

You guys make it seem like people don’t struggle. Everyone does , yet because we do you guys feel y’all have the right to treat us as trash. The woman on the phone today yelled at me for no reason at all. I was just calling for more understanding on my account then she starts yelling and I’m like I’m not about to do this bc we both can go there. She gone say have a nice day and hang up. I wasn’t even able to ask the questions I needed to. I really hope you see this! Now I am African American myself and I told them given half the people that answer the phone are black, you guys make a bad name for black folks and see why people don’t want to deal with you. That was unprofessional and you were unable to control your attitude. I can see if I was giving you attitude but that wasn’t the case. You got mad because I was mentioning you for setting up the arrangement in the first place. You lucky you were just able to hang up the phone in my face. I wish I remembered your name but you are definitely reported ; the joy of having the called monitored and recorded. & if you ever answer my call again I will be requesting someone else. I don’t do RUDE! You shouldn’t be working there . & don’t comment on my stuff talking about feed back helps y’all improve because why are there other comments like this. Y’all not improving nothing! Just letting them speak to folk like that. Maybe y’all need a new training approach.

attorney illegally stated they personally served a summons, they did not. on a debt from midland management that was the result of identity theft, they have violated every single portion of the FDCPA, unfortunately they received a default judgement, which I am filing a motion to set aside, and then suing the attorney MARY JANE M. ELLIOTT, and midland for such, I have also reported Her to the Michigan bar for ethics violations. What even funnier is the description of who the summons was given to is nobody that resides in the home.

Received letters regarding credit card debt. I've been off work due to health issues all year, and am not currently bringing in any income. Immediately submitted a hardship request and received a letter not long after informing me that my account is in temporary hardship status until March, which is a huge relief and a huge weight off my shoulders. Allows me time to recover without worrying too much, which is very much appreciated.

I overpaid my dept still was garnished, waited for refund received only 19 dollars when 250 was overpaid no letter giving me a break down about payments or letter that debt is paid in full. Where is the rest of my money?
