These clowns allow BGE to charge me $9 a month for being a customer. This December they let them raise it another$7. RIDICULOUS! They must work for BGE!

I have been dealing with PSC for many years and this is the first time I am writing a review about it. I always find every one working there very supportive and helpful. I want to say to all the people working there thank you so much for your best services.

Shut them down!!!! At least change the name of you entity instead of misleading the public that you represent them. Plus did I add, it takes eternity to receive their completely biased, senseless and unfair ‘resolution’. Don’t waste your time with this folks.

I have submitted a five issue complaint to PSC regarding several disputes with PEPCO. Only one complaint was so called resolved upon PSC receiving a random computer generated document regarding the one dispute. This case was closed without any further investigation into the one complaint. The other outstanding issues were not even considered. I contend that PSC is focused on returning easy resolutions in favor of the company simply because the consumer has no other recourse. PSC is supposed to thoroughly investigate any consumer complaint and not totally accept the company response without any further action. PSC does not DO THEIR JOB. I am very disappointed with the actions of this agency. No matter the determination of disputes, I feel that I at least have the right for the courtesy of an adequate response to the issues concerned. NO STARS.
