Mr. Tannenbaum has masterfully written trust documents for me and my family for decades . It’s only now I remember I should provide a 5 star review. He wrote my mother’s trust, POA and Will many decades ago, thereby protecting her and our family ; recently he wrote my family’s legal documents. There is no more competent , brilliant attorney than he. In addition, he protected my mother against an unethical real estate broker. This Florida broker was attempting to increase her compensation by forging real estate documents to steal thousands of dollars from my mother. I am grateful to Michael Tannenbaum for his many years of legal service plus his kindness to our family . He is unique in his profession .

Do not bother calling him for small matters..... We needed Quit Claim Deed prepared and filed in Palm Beach County so we called his office and asked if they do this type of work. Woman that picked up the phone said "Yes". She was very nice and professional: asked about our situation, found our property in the public records and went to ask Mr. Tannenbaum how much this service would be? Not even 30 seconds later she said that he would not be able to help us... without any farther explanations? The only thing we can guess, that we are too small of a fish for Mr. Michael Tannenbaum to fry....
