Mr. Maslan and his team are excellent . professional and understanding. we have been working with his firm for a very long time. The only thing I can say about him is all good.

I can't comment on his legal services; however, my family rents one of the apartments managed by Mr. Maslan, and it's been a really disappointing experience. Most notably, when asked for assistance with exposure to 2nd hand smoke via shared HVAC from the neighboring tenant, I was told "it's not illegal to smoke in a private residence" and Mr. Maslan indicated a preference not to do anything that might negatively affect his ability to continue collecting rent from the offending tenant. Why preference or priority would be given to smoking indoors as opposed to the health and well-being of my family (including a 5 month infant) is difficult to understand. Additionally, if law or lackthereof is paramount, why was our stove/oven (originally non-functional for over a month upon moving in) installed by a unlicensed handyman when Balto. County requires a permit and installation to be performed by a licensed master plumber-gasfitter? That was an unnerving experience. Nevermind the inconvenience and uneasiness resulting from the handyman "losing" our key to the unit. There are a few other ongoing issues that have yet to be resolved, but continuing to be subjected to second hand smoke is absolutely the most frustrating- our first complaint having been made in Nov 2020. We would strongly advise against renting from Mr. Maslan or his affiliates.
