When my father died, I learned my county in Texas (Travis) requires probate to be handled using an attorney. I reviewed Massey Law Firm online, and hired Glenda Clausell, Attorney. We first had a 'zoom'-like call introduction. From day one, I could log onto my 'law page' and see what documents and information was needed, filling in a spreadsheet with the information, and uploading documents using their website. I was able to drop off my father's original will, so I was sure it would not be lost in transit. I threw a wrench in the deal by traveling out of state for an extended time during our wait for probate court, but Glenda went with the flow. We are 30 days post-Court and everything dealing with probate is finished for my father's Estate. Our company has been operating since 1998 and had never been sued until this year.
