I'm not sure why I offered even two stars, but I wanted to be fair. I hired this firm to close on a property I bought in the 33404. I hired an attorney because there was an addendum to my contract that was bothering me, and wanted an attorney to look it over and rewrite it if necessary. There were three contacts at the firm, the attorney, a legal assistant, and a paralegal, and I was told to copy one or the other when corresponding with the attorney, and wasn't sure who was whom, or what was being done. After repeated contact, the attorney called me to scold and admonish me to read part of my contract, and never, despite repeated contact via email and phone to both he and his paralegal, the addendum was never addressed, even though I had paid 50% up front. I asked to be released from my contract and if possible, to obtain a full or partial refund, as I felt no work had been done. They refused. Recently, I offered to pay in full if they would take up this matter again, and they refused, offered a referral erroneously to the seller's agent, wrongly said they terminated me, and had pretty much done zero work on my behalf, despite perhaps reading my contract. AVOID.

I was involved in a closing with Nancy Mulligan. She could not have been better! When some difficult issues arose, Nancy was able to address these in a professional and very competent manner. Thank you!
