Matthew A. Benzion is the managing partner of Matt Benzion, P.A., a family law firm.
Prior to starting his own family law firm, Mr. Benzion held positions as a senior associate with two family and matrimonial law firms in both Palm Beach and Broward County. Now Mr. Benzion assists clients throughout South Florida in a variety of family law matters such as divorces, paternity suits, alimony and child support modifications, custody disputes, enforcement matters, relative adoptions, and the drafting of settlement agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
Mr. Benzion always takes effort to attempt to amicably resolve disputes whenever possible. At the same time, Mr. Benzion is prepared to aggressively litigate to protect a client’s interests if court intervention becomes necessary. In every case, Mr. Benzion gives his clients honest and practical advice, and through creativity and personal dedication, Mr. Benzion strives to obtain the best possible results for all of his clients.
Mr. Benzion is a South Florida native and graduated law school with honors from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. In his spare time, Mr. Benzion enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and practicing yoga.

I don't even know where to begin. I am not an easy person. My divorce was not an easy one. It was long and complicated and I was probably one of Matt's most demanding clients for the last year and a half. But I can honestly say that I don't think I would have gotten the level of service I got from Matt anywhere else. I could text him at 11pm on a Friday night when there was an emergency and he would respond almost immediately (please don't do this to him, if at all possible lol).
