Did a consult with Matthew B. Sullivan. During the consult he seemed rushed and unattentive to my case and issues. At the end of the consult, he said he was going to review my case or at the very least refer my case to another attorney; he said he was going to get back to me within the week. A week passed and I reached back out to him, to no response. His consult was a complete waste of time and unprofessional. If you're not going to take the case, then at least have the professional courtesy to let me know and not ghost me. I would not recommend Matthew B. Sullivan or his law office to anyone that has a legal issue. At least have the common courtesy and professionalism to respond to my inquiries whether you're going to take the case or not.

Awesome group to work with! Title service, closing agent, and lawyer watching after your best interest in every transaction. You get three professionals for the price of one. His prices are more than reasonable; almost too cheap for what you get. Matthew's team is professional but super friendly. I have used Matthew's title and closing services on 8 different occasions over a five year period. No closing is without unique hurdles to get over but he has outpaced my expectations every single time. Even when I needed help cleaning up complicated fines and other city concerns that I caused, Matthew’s team somehow pulled a rabbit out of a hat to save me Thousands Of Dollars and still close right on time. Amazing! I have personally recommended him to several people that have had the same positive experience. Closings are complicated and require an experienced professional to navigate. Matthew and his team will treat you like you are a friend but watch your interest like an aggressive attorney should do. Do yourself a favor, Use Him!
