Matthew J. Golden

My case is still pending, but so far Mr. Golden has been the best In explaining, being considerate on his rates and personally returning my calls. His staff Cindy and assistant Chelsea have been as great as he has been. I don't know why people come here posting fake bad reviews. I'm sure I will be back to post after my case is settled with many more words of appreciation for Mr. Golden and his staff. Thank you! Update: 8/8/17 My case was dismissed and I couldn't be happier! Mr. Golden is fantastic! He is a very down to earth attorney, he's the type of attorney who hasn't lost that sense of being personal with his clients. He went to court with me almost every time, and that made me feel even more secure, to me that was the most important thing. To actually be represented by the attorney I chose to contact. He was very informative and was honest with what the outcome could be and what he was going to do to help me as much as possible. Thank you again, thank you SO MUCH!!

Results and actions speak louder than words. There are many traffic lawyers out there but Mr. Matthew Golden is one of the best, fantastic lawyer! I hired Mr. Matthew Golden and ended up with the best, excellent outcome (did not have to pay even court fee and fines). Mr. Golden has proven to be an awesome, intelligent and hard-working lawyer, who only works in client’s best interest. Him and his staff are very professional, courteous and caring. Also, there rates are very reasonable. Again, if you need a traffic ticket lawyer, look no further. You will not regret, not at all. This is my very unbiased opinion.

I disagree completely with the last post, Matthew Golden's office has been nothing professional and extremely helpful. They walked me through every step of my case, and even though it was continued twice they never charged me any thing more then what we originally agreed on. Attorney Golden was able to get my ticket completely dismissed and for that I am extremely grateful. The thought of having 4 points added to my driving record was my reason for hiring an attorney, and I am so glad I did !! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an experienced attorney call Matthew J. Golden. Don't hesitate at all, you will be very glad you did.

This man is a scam. I received a speeding ticket in which I commissioned Golden Law Firm to take care of. After paying the initial payment I was informed I would be contacted about any additional fees and court costs, but Matthew himself assured he would more than likely be able to get them taken care of, as any scammer would. Well months went by and I heard nothing from the entire law firm. Called to gain information and I was told “It was being taken care of”. Well today I am trying to apply for a promotion and get my background check back to see my license is suspended because of court costs not being paid. I check my mail every single day, as well as my email and did not receive any notifications from Golden Law firm about any additional payments or that the case had been settled or felt with at all! Unprofessional. I called to see what information he had and apologized multiple times but did nothing to actually help the situation whatsoever. I would never ever use this guy for anything again and don’t even consider him to be a respectable human. This is terrible service and this law firm is a SCAM!

I had an excellent experience with Attorney Golden and his team. I had a couple traffic violations. I never had to step foot in the courtroom and Mr.Golden got the charges dismissed. I was notified of the progress of my cases along the way and his prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Attorney Golden and I hope I don't need his services in the future, but if I do he will be my go to attorney!
