I won't put the name of the person I was working with directly - however, I just need to make this known. This company messed up my home closing. They made 2 major mistakes in paperwork on a long distance closing on my home. Fortunately I caught them. But then today, when my closing occured, they changed the amount of money I was owed from the sale of my house. Didn't call me, text me, or email me about it. I only found out when I logged into my bank to see that the wire came through. They had set the commissions wrong, but were never going to tell me. 3 big mistakes in a home closing. I would not recommend them at all. The amount was $1600 difference, which may not be a big deal to a big company like this, but when people are counting on those funds that were on the documents sent, it messes us up.
