From Australia on business - needed advise, made an appointment ~7 days in advance. Was called at 6PM the night before saying the lawyer wasn't going to be in and that I would be paying 100USD for a teleconference with him - no option to reschedule, no apology. Obviously promptly taking my business elsewhere. Reply to response: Like I said, I was not given the option to reschedule, I was told the call would still cost $100 and I am in town for 3 months mate. Take the feedback and improve rather than make excuses.
