Matt is an AMAZING accountant to work with! As a young individual just starting to invest I needed some guidance I could not receive from just any accountant. I found myself in panic mode when the person I got to do my taxes failed to tell me that they had never actually processed. Come to find out they were done completely wrong and I was on the line for the mistakes. Matt not only walked me thru everything and filled me in on certain things I had no knowledge on, he also took on my files, fixed every issue I had and explained every bit of the process there was. I couldn't ask for a better accountant to handle my taxes! Thanks again Matt!

Let me tell you... having a good accountant is a MUST when you are in business. We had a bad first year in business in with our previous accountant. It was an absolute mess. Matt and his team were able to put us back on track! I feel so at ease knowing that I have an accountant who really cares about my business and who is always there to answer my questions. Matthew P. Conrad, CPA is the best and I would recommend them 1000 times!

Find someone else, trust me!! I would have given Matt ZERO stars if that were an option! As you may know, Matt bought and acquired his accounting practice from Ron Evelhoch. I worked with Ron for years, so when Matt took over, I just automatically let him do my taxes given it was easier than taking the time to find someone else; however, after several years of working with Matt, it became increasingly obvious that he put in as little time and effort as possible to complete my taxes and wasn’t interested in taking the time to answer my questions or look into my questions to ensure that I was able to maximize any potential tax credits or deductions. Instead, he was more interested in completing things as quickly as possible and billing me as much as possible. Needless to say, I no longer work with Matt. Find someone who works as hard as you do and won’t nickel-and-dime you for anything and everything! There are a ton of great CPAs around who will work much harder for you and will do a much better job! In regards to Matt's reply listed below... Matt, you may wanna look up the definition of the word falsehood because your reply is littered with falsehoods and half-truths! Those statements you made are either downright lies or only convey part of the truth. You obviously did that intentionally in an effort to deceive the people reading these reviews. Nice attempt at trying to spin and manipulate the truth though. Sadly, I’m not surprised! You don’t want me to screenshot your emails, Matt, which clearly contradict a majority of those statements you made. As I mentioned within the last email I sent you when severing our working together relationship, you obviously place more importance on making money than you do helping your clients, answering their questions, providing great service, and taking pride in your work. Simply put, you’re a poor excuse for an Accountant and not somebody I care to work with! In regards to your comment where you said, “for those who truly know me, I do not nickel-and-dime”…did you type that with a straight face because I’m dying laughing over here! In your last email you sent me where we severed our working together relationship, you stated that my bill was already at $800 and it would be even more if you took the time to answer those few remaining questions for me. So, clearly, you were nickel-and-diming me and charging me to answer each and every question I had for you. That’s the very definition of nickel-and-diming, Matt...charging someone for minor services, and I would consider taking the time to answer some quick questions minor! Lastly, if you’re reading this review and are considering using Matt and his services, you may wanna think twice!! At the end of the day, Matt is going to try to spin everything I say here, but I am writing this review to help you and others from making the same mistake I did. I regret working with Matt and wish I would have switched to another CPA sooner!! I can only imagine how many people have left Matt’s office with a bad taste in their mouth. Sadly, a majority of those folks probably either didn't have the technical know-how to write a review or the stones to hold him accountable, but I do!

I have been working with Matt Conrad as my CPA for several years and thoroughly appreciate his attention to detail and professional approach. Matt is always available when I have questions. I highly recommend Matt Conrad!
