Matt Dulberg is an outstanding attorney - highly knowledgeable, totally trustworthy, good communicator with quick turnarounds and someone with empathy who cares about you and the outcomes of your transactions. I've done business with Matt for more than thirty years - real estate closings, my will and to consult to me on a number of other legal issues. He has my highest respect. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
Mr.Matthew Dulberg helped me in a matter that required filling out a lot of forms digitally/electronically.He is an expert and I couldn't have done it without him.He was also very patient and kind besides being knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.I felt comfortable and safe being under his guidance.I highly recommend him.
My aunt died in Queens during COVID without a will and owned a COOP. Matthew was outstanding in dealing with the various estate process and COOP sale processes and issues. I didn't stand a chance of managing the estate process on my own, in particular given that I lived out of state. Matthew was always willing to explain the requirements and challenges in simple to understand terms and was clear on what I could do to move the process forward and where he needed to take the lead. Finally, his initial statement of fees and expected expenses was spot on even though the process took an extended period to resolve given COVID.
Matthew Dulberg used to be an exceptional real estate attorney who made sure every t was crossed and every i was dotted. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Somehow he has become extremely slow to respond and is always mired in thinking too deeply about real estate law—to the point where it hurts the client. The last two times I’ve worked with him, I’ve lost tens of thousands in losses related to bad advice he gave me and his general slowness to correspond with other attorneys and get things done. If you want him to waste your time and money, hire him. If you want deals to close fast and a lawyer who works in your favor, find someone else.
My aunt, Isabell Hall hired the firm that Matthew S. Dulberg is currently in charge of, I believe back in the 1990’s. He was hired to act as her health care proxy and power of attorney. Isabell is 93, is at or close to end of life situation and requires legal assistance and MATTHEW has refused to provide the contracted services. I am Isabell’s nephew, I live in Vermont. I am one of her 4 living nephews, she has no other living family. Her daughter passes away from breast cancer a number of years ago. There is paperwork available which describes the service that were contracted by Isabel that the attorney refuses to provide.
