Attorney Richards is an amazing attorney. She came to me through a referral after I looked high and low for a good attorney and did not disappoint. Attorney Richards and her staff handled a real estate P&S for us and were amazing. From the beginning Maura made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Attorney Richards took my case when others wouldn’t and guided me through a scary process during an emotional and uncertain time. She went above and beyond and took calls outside of office hours and was responsive and reassuring. The outcome of my case was not only successful, I came away with more consideration from the process than I anticipated. Maura will threaten her own clients, go on vacation constantly as one of the other reviewers mentioned. When my dog barked at her, she told me ‘We’re gonna have a problem here’ (even though my dog is sweet, and she apparently owns a boxer) If you like professionalism, do not go with Maura. She tried to pressure me into taking the proposed 50/50 custody even though the whole issue was getting primary custody. Just before Christmas she said ‘ if you agree to 50 50 custody, he’ll give you 2 extra days during Christmas break. No joke, she really did this because she didn’t want to deal with the mirror in her face which was reflecting an ugly image of a heartless, brutish woman. Expect nothing but her shouting at her own clients and practically taking the side of whoever you’re fighting.
