I have been dealing with Clover Barrett since 2008. My first probate case with her in 2012 took her 1 year to handle so I thought it would not be a problem to come back to her firm with another probate case. I returned in 2015 with a new probate matter. In the over 3 years she had my case there were continuous delays, my questions, and concerns or phone calls were never addressed or returned in a prompt manner. I was rarely kept informed as to the status of my matters. Whenever I was lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone at the firm Ms. Barrett was either out of the country or I was told they would take a message and Ms. Barrett would return my call. I would eventually receive a call back maybe a few weeks later or maybe within a month. I was not allowed to be entitled to sufficient information to allow me to participate meaningfully in the development of my probate case. I would caution anyone wanting to work with this firm to not do it. Stay away from this firm.

Professional and excellent at what she does!

I filed for bankruptcy some years ago. She did absolutely nothing but take my money. Her paralegal did all the work and told me so. She didn't even show up to court when I had to see the judge. NEVER USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! I even called the Bar Association on her.

These people are uprofessional you can never reach the lawyer the guy answering The phone is rude. They took my money order and never preformed the service they told me. I had to p ay the other side's fee. I wish I knew how to report them. I going to Chanel 9 next if I don't get my money back.
