Amazing firm that actually gets results. I understand that there are a lot of negative reviews from those that owe money. However, if you need help getting a collection from someone who just evades you, I highly recommend. Their knowledge is amazing and they will get you the money that you are due. Thank you for bringing justice to our situation and allowing us to recoup what we lost from a fraudulent person!

Contacted them immediately to make arrangements since I wanted to pay off my balance. They asked me how much I could pay and they accepted. After several months, they filed a lawsuit. A payment had been lost in the mail so they decided that was enough. It didn’t matter that I hadn’t realized it or that I wanted to fix it that day. Then, they claimed it was my payment amount that prompted the filing. It wasn’t enough to begin with, even though they asked me months ago what I could afford. I was repeatedly told I was the one unwilling to work with them because I wouldn’t meet ANY of their demands. I thought this was strange since I paid them monthly. Very wrong to take back what you agreed to at an earlier time.

Fantastic collection service! I've used them for years and will continue to do so. I've read some of the other reviews with great amusement here that are written by the non-paying deadbeats who were "stung" in court and ordered to pay. Should have paid their bills. I have paid off dozens of places i owed in the last year and this place always made me feel like i was a thief who wasnt worth their time. Today i went in with the money i owe them according the the company garnishing me. I was told that i have to pay the last two garnishments on top of what i really owe them because they have no proof. Even though they could have just called the same company i did to confirm what i owed. I also asked to just make a payment on what i was told i owed by the garnishment company plus the $25 for court fees and was told no that i had to pay all or nothing. Every other place i have paid off has worked with me in some way or another but this place is by far the worst. I have had more frustrations from them in the handful of times i have contacted them than i did from every other place i owed put together. This is the last thing i owe getting me fully out of debt. I just want it gone but they dont care. That is the biggest thing with them they dont care. They dont care if you can pay 99.999% of what you owe willing to let the last penny be taken out normally they want every last cent right then or dont even bother. If you are a company and need some debt collected i would rather you hire the mob to collect my money over these people. Avoid them like the plague because i will not use anyone who does business with them ever again.

I love how they are taking a COVID nurse and soon to be Midwife to court over something from six years ago that we didn’t even know about! We got one notice about it and asked for a review since we were in the midst of a global pandemic and I was out of work. Then we get a court summons. Didn’t even give us a chance to pay it before adding interest and taking it to court. They also don’t accept payment over the phone, what the hell is that? You can tell these are greedy evil little men, and the vultures who work for them are no better.
