Prime location considering how there are so many options in that general area. The food was great even though all I had was a salad but that wasn't the highlights of my experience. It was literally a one-man show as the gentleman took orders, went around back to put on gloves fixed the food AND served it. The fact that he was courteous, clean, and efficient was mind bothering. This because apparently no one wants to work anymore. That being said, he has earned my respect and single-handedly is keeping McAlister's deli alive.

Update!!! 7/13/23 Got the same turkey king club, strawberry salad, and loaded veggie potato.. They came in clutch again!! loaded up my potato, my sandwich was stacked with meat and veggies! The salad flavor wasn't my thing but no fault to the restaurant. They are becoming my go to sandwich delivery place. Please keep it up!! Old: My experience was through DoorDash delivery. I have no comments on the store or workers. But let me just say, they LOADED up my food. It was amazing. Got the king club but no bacon no ham. The turkey was stacked high and had great texture, it was fresh and sliced just right. Got the veggie potatoe with veggie chili. The sandwich was. so. good. well put together. To who made my sandwich, keep doing what you are doing! Amazing service! No complaints from me!

Arrived at 2:15, and was informed that there was only one employee working. I waited patiently to order food as I seen the woman was taking out the trash and putting stuff in the freezer in the back. When it got to 2:45 the lady starts to turn the lights off and I thought this was odd as there was a few other customers in the store. The lady then storms out to the front and demands us to leave the shop, us being confused we never understood why so we said that was fine as we thought she needed a minute to herself she then gives us no explanation and locks the door on us and another set of customers.we were Very annoyed, she never took our order and she was probably knew she wasn’t going to and just wanted to waste 45 minutes of our time as she was already closing shop and packing stuff away in the back so we couldn’t see.

I ordered a Cesar salad with added onions and bacon and a side fruit cup. I decided to pick it up for lunch. I'm so glad that I did because it gave me an opportunity to check my food before I left. When I opened my container it was a half salad and they put the fruit cup inside. I actually ordered a whole salad and fruit cup on the side. I had to take it back in the store and they corrected my order and they were apologetic. I asked if they put dressing on my salad and the team member said no it should be cups in the container There were no dressing cups in the container. The team members apologized and gave me my dressing. The salad was actually good and fresh. I wish they would have put more onions on it.

Very disappointed going here. We waited 20 minutes in line to order our food and didn’t even make it to the register (we decided at that point to leave). There was only 1 person ahead of us. It appeared understaffed but the cashier stayed in the back about 15 minutes of the 20 minutes we waited. I could see their order board and it was mostly red with several outstanding. I would not recommend this location.
