Four messages have been left along with the associated file number and no one will answer the phone, nor return a call. My call was made to help them resolve a situation that would be to firms benefit. I am a Senior Executive and I have never seen such poor service. I am not sure how they expect to resolve anything if no one returns calls or the receptionist does not answer the phone. I will just start calling the senior partners for the firm, maybe they will care.

Outstanding law firm that many clients utilize for their real estate closing needs. Everyone is an absolute professional, Vickie Moore is an incredible asset as a paralegal and John Renger expertly guides all through the closing process. Would HIGHLY recommend to any needing real estate closing/refinance services.

I'm in-house counsel for a commercial equipment lender, and Hutchens attorneys have always produced quality work at fair rates for us. Happy with results and level of attention. The one negative review I see as of the date of this review appears to be written by a defendant. Creditors: this firm is a good choice.

THIS GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE...ON A SUNDAY!!!! AT NOON. THEY WERE NOT OPEN, HOWEVER, HE TOOK OUR NAME AND NUMBER AND SAID SOMEONE FROM THE LAW FIRM WOULD CALL US MONDAY MORNING. VERY NICE OF HIM TO EVEN ANSWER, AS I HAD PLANNED ON JUST LEAVING A MESSAGE. LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS....FOR SURE!!!
