SCAM artists. Unprofessional and provide absolutely no value. Our HOA hired them for legal council. Bill by the second and really take advantage of people. Recommendation is to bring a helmet because you're in for a bumpy long ride.
Got a document from them asking me to sign for ownership of my neighbors easement. They cited a document from 1995 that is similar. Looked up the document. The document they referred to is notarized by the same woman who has a signature on the document. Making the document void. And they missed it.
I never fail to learn something new at McCabe & Ronsman's seminars. Woild like to see one developed for ARB committee members.
