Don’t ever use this firm. I went there to have my name removed from a Deed signed papers and everything 2 years ago. Just found out last week while applying for a home equity loan from my new house. That my name was never removed for the deed that I paid her to do paperwork wasn’t even filed.I can’t move any further til this is corrected. We reached out to her 6 times she answered once and said she would look into it. Reached out 3 times after to follow up with no response. Until I left a message stating that I will go to her main office in Philly in person and speak to the president of the firm. She responded quickly after that. Then blame her office staff for not filling the paperwork when she the one at fault for not following up on the paperwork not following with her staff and not responding to us. WOW!!!! she through her office staff under the bus to save her own skin I would never respect anybody that doesn’t take responsibility for there own actions not to mention not offering a refund on the money we paid her to have the services done. I’m still waiting on the approval that the deed was filed and received by the county.

Attorney I spoke with had a massive attitude that I did not appreciate. I was just trying to get some answers, yet he made several off handed and unnecessary comments. When you look at the Glassdoor reviews of this firm, then maybe that explains why CM had such a stick up his….Everybody that works here seems miserable. CM don’t take it out on the public. Find better work!
