While using an attorney isn't necessary for AZ residential closings, I decided, since I am out of state, that it would be in my best interest to work with one regardless. Finding Marc was one of the best decisions we made in our buying process. He's intelligent, on the ball, fast, extremely knowledgeable and was able to single-handedly figure out something in the 11th hour that helped all parties involved close on time. Hands down I would recommend Marc and his firm! I just wish he was available in my state so I could work with him on all my closings!
