Mr.McCarthy was very deliberate with his motions and advice to me concerning my case. Mr.McCarthy always looked out for my best interests concerning my legal rights. Mr McCarthy knew Illinois statutes concerning Child-support issues very well. Mr McCarthy was very patient while the process was on going. *Was asked by Jeff and his office staff to remove my last review* I was appointed Mr McCarthy by the courts for mediation. I found his service to be a very bad choice to use. The unprofessionalism of his office staff as well as his threatening nature regarding a bad review on which I wrote are extremely unacceptable. If you choose to use his firm and have a bad experience expect to be threatened with a lawsuit if you write a review that is negative in anyway shape or form. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere when seeking council.

Jeff has represented me in multiple cases since 2011. He has always been candid and very responsive. In more than one instance he has suggested ways to save money on a case, which ultimately would result in him making less. He's very creative and knows the law.

Gave this crook a retainer earlier this year. Called him everyday for the last two months for a follow-up on my case. He refused my calls. This guy is a crook, he needs to be disbarred and put in jail.
