Maggie was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me. At the time being so young and unexperienced with any law or legal issues, I did not know what I was doing. I was just another typical person that had come in wanting to offer a lot of information and have certain expectations met. Not only did Maggie listen to my high concerns in regard to my custody battle, but fast forward 2 years later when it has been reopened by the vengeful opposing party, and after becoming fluent with the law of certain matters and looking over my case and the order she had set up for me, I basically owe her my life as well as my children's safety. She did such a phenomenal job with drafting an order that was case specific to my needs. It's no wonder the other party is upset and fighting back a couple years later. I am now doing everything in my power to keep her order as I don't think I'll ever find an attorney to put as much effort into a case so creative tactful and specific. And I've done my fair share of research for both prosa matters and searching for attorney for the last year. I wish more than anything this office was able to take my case and represent me again, but they like many others right now are just too busy, especially for high conflict cases. I will still always appreciate her as well as being able to call her for a question she kindly answered for me recently without charge.

Scott is a pillar in his profession. Excellent experience with a horrible situation on my end. He was informative and explained everything with straightforward terminology. I hired Maggie last December to handle a divorce and child custody case. Almost nothing happened in the beginning due to my ex husband and I trying to handle it ourselves, but once he got his own attorney I felt like she still did not care. Their policy is they contact you within 24 hours, but that is not the case. I kept track of dates and times I called and twice she never returned my call, and twice didn’t return emails claiming she forgot to hit send. I called and spoke with Scott once to ask Maggie a question and Scott was incredibly rude to me basically saying there was nothing that could be done, and he never passed my message along to Maggie to call me. It seemed like she wasn’t interested in my case as she drafted a common child custody schedule that wouldn’t work for my ex and I. She never mentioned getting a GAL or temporary custody hearing until five months later. I felt unheard and like she was always too busy. I spent $4000 on someone that was supposed to serve and fight for me and I didn’t get any of that.
