If I could give lower than a star I definitely will. Let me save you the time and money. I don’t even know where to start from the new lawyer at the firm Carolyn C. Soeder, Holly Bacho disrespect, or from their own leading partner Robert T. Glickman. The unprofessionalism is on another level. Carolyn was my lawyer, Holly is her miserable assistant and Robert is basically the old man that can not do anything about what he knows is going on in his law firm. The lack of communication is a huge issue they face. Money is clearly more important than how they treat people. So if you have a family matter do not retain this law firm. I signed an engagement letter put down a retainer fee, just to have Carolyn and her miserable assistant let me know months later I needed to do it again with no good cause. When I asked why? (Like any normal human being will) the disrespect and the hostility became so unreal. When Robert got involved nothing was resolved. Everything was quietly brushed under the rug. They wasted my time and took my money. Which Carolyn has not closed any of her cases on her own due to payment. She is very much money hungry and will drag out your case just for the money. I have messages, emails, statements, phone call recordings and actual video footage of this treatment I received from all three of these disrespectful people. I will gladly post if needed. Don’t waste your time here you can pay way less and get way better communication and your case in better hands. Turned out in the end she owed me money ???? so I indeed did have an original engagement letter and I also did put down a retainer down. Yet nothing in my case is resolved
I had the most respectful and professional experience with Ann-Marie Ahern and her entire staff at MLCL. Ms. Ahern is the best combination of personable, sympathetic, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone who needs expert advice and help after a difficult employment issue.
We retained Susan Stone. After 8k in attorney fees and she didn’t attend a single IEP meeting, we discontinued our request for services. We paid over 8k, requested her billable hours be reviewed by the Principal partners, they supported her billings and subsequently let her go.
Mr. David Banas helped us with our father’s health insurance. He answered emails late on Saturday nights, compiled hundreds of pages of documentation, and ultimately achieved the outcome we sought. Kudos also to Stephanie who did a great job supporting the effort.
Great experience with McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co, LPA, and I would work with them again in the future. My attorney was Anne-Marie Ahern. I spoke with two other attorneys/firms before choosing to work with her because of her level of knowledge, experience, and initiative. She provided wise counsel, and we got the best possible outcome for my case.
