Most law firms allow an initial consultation lasting 30 minutes at best. My initial consultation with Matthew McChesney lasted almost two hours. One thing for sure was (1) that I definitely needed and attorney and (2) the attorney I needed was sitting directly across from me surrounded by the notes he had taken during the Q&A. Impressed? Yes, very. I found out over the duration of the successfully executed case that Matthew and his support staff will go farther than the extra mile for their clients. When I returned from N.C. after burying my 90 y/o mother, it was ONLY Matthew McChesney and his Assistant that brought a proper southern casserole by my house. What else do you need to know.

Matt changed my life! I had paid tens of thousands of dollars to one of the the "name brand" lawyers in town and was in a deeper hole than I started in. After hiring Matt, my situation immediately started to change for the better. He reset the entire rhythm of my case from playing exclusively defense to actually asserting MY rights and being MY zealous advocate. He was able to extract me from numerous onerous conditions to a normal schedule within a few months. He is personable and responsive and really cares about you and your children or case. I have recommended him to friends, all of whom thank me every time I see them. I would highly recommend him to other fathers (or mothers) that are struggling in the system. I too am a lawyer but could never have imagined replicating the results that he achieved for me.
