I called for information on tenant/landlord questions regarding leases and tenant rights. Jennifer was really nice on the phone and set me up with a consult with Robert McClay for that afternoon. They stayed a a few minutes later to get me in as it was time sensitive. Everyone there was very respectful. Attorney Robert McClay put me to ease right away, he listened and asked what I was looking for then gave me his advice which was empathetic and validating and very kind. He did not try to oversell his services but I feel that based off what I see , he seems to know what he is doing and have the confidence that is helpful as an attorney! I would highly recommend this office based off my experience with them. I believe he is a caring person and professional with integrity in his work. Thank you so much Atty McClay and Jennifer !!

At 60 years old I can say you never stop learning . Bob is a gentleman and cares about people . I recommend him completely, ( and I’m a poor blue collar guy - but he treated me with. Respect and more consideration than I deserved. - I had lost my temper and states some things that were wrong - totally on me ! ) He is what people need an attorney and counselor . Thank you Bob .

Goliath type attorney not interested in small cases. Free 1/2 hour 1st time consultation. Can't hurt to have a chat.

Don't waste your time. Robert was unhelpful and uninterested in offering legal help. We came in after 2 weeks of swimming in expenses because the people who flipped our house messed up terribly. We, having no knowledge of what our options are legally, wanted to get advice from a professional. He simply seemed annoyed that we came in. He told us that our case wasn't worth his time (except that he didn't even listen to everything involved in our case). He then said, and I kid you not, "We're done here." He then got up and showed us the door. I about cried. For two weeks we had not had gas in our home (no hot water, no ability to cook, no ability to dry clothes) and were down to one bathroom for our family of 7. We were looking into expenses anywhere from $6K-$40K to have everything fixed and didn't know where to go from there. Anyway, he had wanted to meet in person when a phone call would have sufficed. So we arranged our schedule of constant plumbers and inspectors to be there. What a waste of time. He doesn't care about your case. Go elsewhere.
