From the start of my initial consultation with Kelly McClure, and her legal team's due diligence of my state of affairs, I knew right then the McClure Law Group was an excellent choice. They were highly sensitive to my children's special needs and the difficult situation I was up against. My phone calls and emails were returned immediately, making sure I knew what was happening at all times. What a wonderful group of legal professionals! I brought my sister, Jana, to this practice to address her unusually difficult divorce and custody proceedings, and they produced results beyond our expectations. I don't usually leave negative reviews, however, I felt that someone might benefit from my experience. I have hired this law firm on 2 occasions, spending I believe over 6 figures between the 2 cases. For my divorce, the only perceived error was McClure law firm forgot to put in my decree that I wanted the ability to change my name to my maiden name, so I had to file an addendum (which of course was an additional expense)...I recently hired this firm for a custody case and several errors were made: the biggest in my opinion, was that my attorney sent all our evidence to the opposing counsel the day before our court date, which wasn't required because our court date was in person- apparently for zoom court dates this is the procedure, however this allowed the opposing counsel to come very prepared to defend their client. Also, my attorney did not suggest or recommend bringing any witnesses to testify on my behalf, so it was only my word verses the opposing side and there several witnesses. In addition, I spent hours pulling relevant evidence that wasn't even brought to the court room- not sure it was even looked at. Honestly, I thought about giving them a 2 or even 3 stars review, but with the amount of money you spend on this law firm I expect to have a lot less egregious errors
I cannot say enough great things about my attorney team Adam Mundt and Francesca Blackard, as well as everyone else at the firm! They gave me the time that I needed to make sure all of my questions were answered; they were incredibly prompt in responses; they gave me sound legal advice and in my case, what was most important to me, was that despite their advice, they respected my decisions on a couple of components regarding my divorce. Thank you all so much, your kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten:)
