In the Fall of 2018 I was getting a divorce yet knew very little about it. Sleepless at 4am I contacted Lewis & Matthews through their website. I described my circumstances in detail and by 9am that same morning I had a call back from Jennifer Lewis. Divorce is never an easy process to go through. Jennifer and Jodie walked me through every single phase and educated me on what to expect. Jennifer Lewis with Lewis and Mathews, PC, was perfect for what I needed - and asked her to do. I'm a lawyer, so familiar with the legal process though not with domestic relations law. She reviewed the settlement agreement that I had negotiated with my husband (now ex) with a mediator. She asked me questions to help me think through issues I had not been aware of or considered. She provided information to ensure that I was aware of what I could get if I went to court and what I was giving up. She made good recommendations for changes to the settlement agreement. She charged me a reasonable fee. She was accessible and a pleasure to deal with. I compare this with another lawyer I had been to whose eyes were rolling with dollar signs and charged me an exorbitant amount for what I did not ask for; want or need. I highly recommend her.
