Mcdonnell & Associates

I am an investor/owner and Mcdonnell Property Management recently took over the management of two of my properties. They have done a great job so far. They are looking after the tenants to make sure their needs are met. Cortney the owner has been fantastic with communication and handling the take over of my properties. I would highly recommend them for Property Management in the quad cities area.

Been a month and half after we left. No answer to my phone calls and no list Of what they kept our deposit for. Mind you we lived there for 6 years and went through different property companies. They don’t have our original walk through and do not even know what anything looked like. Saw pictures online and all they did was paint. It’s not the money it’s the the principle of them keeping it- it’s that they have to itemize it out by law. They also ignore my emails. Go through a owner that rents their house or a place that values business. We have been in new place for a month and already more communication then from them. I love renting but this is unprofessionalism. Photos below. Moved out October 31st

Pretty awful company. I left an old review, but now I've moved out. They don't care about maintenance requests. They dont mow the grass frequently or shovel when it snows They are awful about returning phone calls They do not take care of the properties they manage Emergency requests are not taken seriously. They said it is staffed 24/7 but the times ive had to use it, its gone to voice-mail not called for a few hours and then told it would be a day or two before they could come fix my heat in the middle of winter. Overall, I would definitely avoid them.

Slumlords. Couldn’t use my living room for 6+ months because of water damage. They refused to fix it and dipped out when the city was called on them.

The people in the office are amazing. When I couldn't pay my rent last November they arranged a payment plan, and I was able to catch up by December. Then I moved in to a huge duplex that was more the size of a small house. When I decided to move in with my ex-spouse he kicked me and my child out the next month leaving us homeless. I rented a low rate hotel, and it wasn't consider adequate housing for child. Now, I'm back renting a beautiful huge apartment with them again, and I still can't believe it's under $600. Thanks
