Never answer their phones. I’ve been trying to get my case settled for over a year but all I get are excuses about not wanting to push doctors for papers when I can easily go in and get them myself. I call 6 times a day and never get a response or a call back. Awful at communication. I thought my accident was stressful.. that was nothing compared to dealing with this.
