Last week my mother was hospitalized. I needed to get a healthcare power of attorney for her quickly. Upon looking for an attorney online, I saw that Attorney Alan McFall prepares various estate planning documents. After describing my situation to him, the following morning, McFall promptly prepared and emailed the required document to me, ensuring everything was on track. Great job, Alan.

My sister-in-law, who was in hospice care, died without a will. She was survived by four brothers, one of whom is my husband. One of the other brothers is a nursing home resident. Before she died, my sister-in-law entered into an agreement of sale to sell her home and settlement was scheduled to occur within thirty days. I contacted our attorney, Alan McFall, for advice about how we could proceed with probate of the estate. Alan listened carefully to our concerns and advised that in order to meet the short time-fame for completion of the real estate sale, we would need to get three of the brothers to renounce the right to be co-administrators. We asked Alan to represent my husband as administrator of the estate, and we are convinced that we made the right choice. He prepared forms whereby the other brothers gave up the right to be co-administrators. Alan got everything in place to allow settlement of the agreement of sale to occur on time. He finished administration of the estate and arranged to have the net proceeds of the estate assets distributed in about four months from start to finish. Alan McFall is an attorney you can trust to resolve legal matters in an ethical and cost-effective manner, and we highly recommend McFall Law, LLC. David & Louise Edelman
