Ineffective counseling at its finest! I retained attorney Adam Kraft to help me with my brother's case and he literally still let these people excessively sentence my brother despite obvious lies from the plaintiff and developments in the case, on top of my brothers knowingly documented history from a child of him having mental health illness. My brother is grown but has the mind of a younger individual, if that makes sense. I was told that it didn't matter in the state of Georgia if the plaintiff knowingly lied about certain things in the case, basically they're able to get away with known lies even if it can ruin the lives of the person they're lying on. That is not true and definitely isn't anywhere in the Tenth Amendment. I was also very shocked at how this attorney handled me, the person who initially retained him to be my brothers attorney.I heard from this man Maybe three times throughout the development of the case once he was hired and it was a lengthy amount of time. I had no idea he would back down the way he did but I do understand how it goes in South East GA, you can't beat em if you don't join em!! Highly disappointed and would not recommend because it's only so much this office can do for ethnic minorities SN: only writing a review because I left message to contact me and he never did, so here we are.

Met with Attorney, He took the time to listen and suggested the best possible avenue of how to approach my situation at hand! At the end of his interview, I knew he was the one who would represent my case, Dollar amount for his labor was less than expected, Thanks again, I am pleased, Try a visit and see what you think?

Jim McGee has been the worst experience with a lawyer I’ve ever had. He met with my wife and I one time to discuss adopting my step child. He told us it would only take three to four months to complete the entire process. After four months of not hearing anything from him and him not answering our calls or returning our messages we finally spoke with him on the phone where he informed us that he hadn’t even begun to fill out the paperwork yet, but said he would have it done quickly. Again we waited one month and began calling to ask about the progress being made. Again no answer even after leaving multiple voicemails and messages with him and the secretary. Finally after another two months of trying to contact him once or twice a week we were informed that he had only completed half the paperwork and told me to call back after the weekend and if he hadn’t had a chance to complete it by then that I should find a new lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else unless you want to be waiting in limbo with no communication whatsoever regarding your case.

Mcgee and Craft are amazing. I would 10/10 recommend. They're very understanding and do all they can to help you. Because of Mr Adam Craft I'm getting my babies back from the corrupt dfcs and foster system.

Asked for records from my deceased grandmother whom I am a beneficiary to her estate in her written Will and information in reference to trust fund left for me that I have yet to receive. I called to ask for any information about account of my trust fund. He said your grandma and mother argued daily and it's 20 plus years old so I shredded it. So I have no way to find account number for from trust since I was a minor. Now I get nothing and must suffer for what vengeful deed from blood family who wanted me to suffer because of my mother choices. Not fair neither did i want to be reminded of the rough times in my life my a stranger...help the world God this is not life.
