I contacted Tim at McGinn law firm last week to represent my brother in Pottawattamie County. He promptly called me back and got to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me as to what to expect. His fees were very fair and he literally got to work within hours of me retaining him. I also would like to mention that he went out of his way for me, even though I was not the actual defendant in his case. He always returned my calls and answered all of my questions even after the case was closed. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim if you are in need of a true professional!

I had a need for legal representation for a dispute with an insurance company and went in for a consultation. Shawn McCann was my assigned attorney for the appointment. I gave him all of the info and he suggested we had a case. Afterwards, he refused to contact me despite a congenial and professional initial meeting. The lawyer ghosted me. Avoid these lawyers. They are unreliable and will waste your time.

We enlisted the services of Attorney Keith for our case, paying $2000 for his expertise. Unfortunately, his fee of $630 for reviewing our file yielded no actionable results. The initial estimate for the review was $400, and he had committed to contacting relevant parties within four days, which did not happen. This experience has been exceptionally disappointing, and I would strongly advise against engaging Attorney Keith's services.
