I only selected one star because it made me. I wouldn't hire her to represent my dog. The judge stated to take classes and she will dismiss the false charges. This atty wanted me to pay more money for trial. She is for herself and not the people she represent.

Mrs.McGuinty was hired for a federal case was dismissed then kept the $5000.00 that she was hired for. Prior to me giving her the money she was hired on another case while my husband and I were under investigation and after we fired her she told the court she was my attorney on my second case and my husbandnd for the same charge was found not guilty she never listened to me in saying I wanted a trial my family called 26 times and she never returned calls. DO NOT use Mrs McGunity for any big case she is unprepared and shows no concern for her clients. She puts on a great smile and to no avail I did two TDCJ and now have to register as a sex offender she said I wouldn't have to. Thank you Glynis for two years in hell for nothing.

She accepted a FEDERAL case for a family member of mine and she told us she had experience but come to find out it was her first federal case. She went to court highly unprepared, couldn’t even answer questioning from the judge about the case. Never once motioned to suppress any of prosecutions evidence resulting in my family member getting life in prison. She is clearly on the federal payroll, because now she in a position to just give peoples lives away and that’s what she is doing. I would say stay away from this inadequate counsel.

Spent $2,800 here for legal representation and it was the worst experience. First, I was never notified of a court date, or anything for that matter. I had to call and confirm after I got a letter in the mail a few days before my court date, and they just said they "forgot to notify me". They did not fight for me, they did nothing for me. Second, I paid more money for another service, and I never heard back from them. 2 months go by, and I saw no results. To this day, I have never received a phone call. I ended up doing what they could not do in 2 months, I did it by myself in 12 hours with no lawyer. Wasted almost another $1,000 and over 2 months of my time (plus it cost me a job due to lack of results). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANY ONE. I hope this negative review saves someone a few thousand dollars, time, and a headache, and they go with a far more experienced law firm than this one.

This office is just amazing. We were in a really difficult situation and this office handled everything for us with the utmost compassion and care.i have never been so pleased with an attorneys work ethic and dedicated staff . Hire her you will see.
