Great help with the legal matters that come with losing a loved one!

The paralegal here has zero people skills. She cut me off mid-sentence numerous times and made it clear that she was put out at having to listen to me (sighing, stuttering etc.). As a paralegal, if you know you cannot provide an answer or instructions on how to obtain a specific document, then reroute the caller to the person they should speak to instead of being condescending and rude. I'm not sure how this firm gets any business with employees that don't have a concept of customer service. One star because I can't give zero........
